  Piano practice, my current rules, involves 5 skills that must be strung together differently each night. This 11 seconds was so much fun I recorded it. It is dedicated to Kathleen Coleman's chickens.

  Piano practice yielded this essay. I recorded mostly in short clips spliced together because it is really improvisation I tried to freeze.

  Shadow came face to face with the Big One. I spent 12 hours trying to find a vet and driving thrice to another town to rescue little dude. Success, but boy was I burnt.
